Grants

Faculty members should be aware of the existence of I2-related grants. The primary sources for grant money for projects involving I2 are various agencies of the federal government. It is worth noting that a project does not have to be about I2; it may qualify for grant monies if it involves the use of I2 technologies. Various private corporations have also provided grants for I2 related projects, although there is no central clearinghouse for relevant information.
